My Story: To Have More, Become More.
That's a tenet that drives me, is the reason for my success, and why I've spent so much time and invested so many resources into developing this course for you.
My background in a nutshell:
- lawyer (30+ years)
- coach (20+ years)
- entrepreneur (16+ years)
- business & marketing expert (16+ years), now the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer of national law firm Bailey & Glasser, LLP
- former adjunct professor at two law schools in Washington, D.C.
- author of Balance by Design: A Career Guide & Planner for Women Lawyers With a Life
- career & reinvention expert
- mom to an extraordinary daughter
- diversity advocate & activist
In addition to being a trial lawyer for 14 years, I've been an entrepreneur running my own organizations (both profit and nonprofits), with the distinct privilege of coaching high-achieving professionals including award-winning actresses, Madison Avenue designers, tech gurus, and, of course, my beloved fellow lawyers.
I've written and spoken widely on many subjects and have trained thousands of people in the areas of personal and professional development, law, and more.
I'm passionate about helping lawyers be as happy in their careers as I've been, so I'm sharing in the programs on this platform strategies and blueprints I've studied and created over decades.
I'm deeply dedicated to the success of you, my brother and sisters-in-law. ❤️

- I was a trial lawyer for 14 years, and practiced for over 10 of them with Philip Hirschkop, the legendary lawyer who won Loving v. Virginia, the landmark SCOTUS case that eradicated state bans against interracial marriage.
- I clerked at preeminent civil rights entities including the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Criminal Section, where I worked on the Rodney King civil rights prosecution.
